You get access to the full ITSM stack: incidents, problems, changes, releases, assets, contracts, users, and departments. Built on Membrane, which means auth and credential refresh happen automatically without you handling API keys. The skill includes action discovery so you can search for what you need in plain English, and if the pre-built actions don't cover your use case, you can proxy requests directly to the SolarWinds API with auth headers injected. Most useful when you're tracking down incidents or managing IT assets and want to stay in your development workflow instead of switching to a web UI.
