Summary
Hooks into the MiniMax Music API to generate songs from text descriptions. You get two modes: basic (one-liner in, song out) or advanced (edit lyrics, tweak prompts, plan structure before generation). Works through the mmx CLI, which you'll need to install via npm and authenticate with your API key. Supports vocal tracks with auto-generated lyrics, instrumental pieces, and covers. Everything saves to ~/Music/minimax-gen as MP3s. The skill detects your language and responds accordingly, defaulting lyrics to match unless you specify otherwise. Honestly most useful if you're already comfortable with CLI tools and want programmatic music generation without leaving your terminal.
