Nocobase Plugin Manage

This is a strict workflow wrapper around NocoBase's native `nb plugin` CLI commands for inspecting, enabling, and disabling plugins. It enforces a direct command path only, no Docker exec wrappers, no API fallbacks, no legacy scripts. You get mandatory pre and post state checks in safe mode, a clarification gate before mutations, and readback polling to verify the change actually took.
