Enables or disables individual USB2/USB3 ports on Jetson Thor and Orin custom carriers by generating a kernel device tree overlay that keeps three critical places in lockstep: the PHY lane, the port controller binding, and the host xHCI phys array. Miss any of those and the entire USB subsystem crashes on boot, leaving lsusb empty even on working ports. It walks the companion graph from the DTB, asks which ports to flip, validates GPIO routing from your schematic and pinmux spreadsheet, then appends fragments to your composite overlay. Requires both schematic and pinmux docs for custom carriers because there's no safe way to guess VBUS-EN, overcurrent, or USB3 SuperSpeed lane wiring. Strictly DT only, doesn't touch UPHY allocation or ODMDATA.
