Tao List Capabilities

When someone asks what TAO Skill Bank can do or which models are available, this skill runs packaged Python scripts that generate answers from the actual manifests instead of hardcoded lists. It covers application workflows, data pipelines, supported models with their available actions like train and export, and which models support AutoML based on whether they have valid train schema files. The scripts pull from schemas.manifest.json and other packaged metadata, so responses stay current with what's actually installed. It's the right way to answer capability questions without manually maintaining duplicate documentation in the skill itself.
