Think of this as a pre-flight checklist before you touch the SenseNova PPT pipeline. It verifies that your three API keys are wired correctly (text, vision, image gen), confirms Node 18+ is present, checks that sn-image-base is discoverable, and validates the runtime can actually call the Python agent runner. If any hard requirement fails, it drops into interactive mode to write your .env for you. The soft checks are nice-to-haves like node_modules existence and optional parsing deps. Run it once before your first PPT job, again after tweaking config, or whenever sn-ppt-entry complains about missing environment variables. It won't install anything or modify the image skills, just tells you what's broken and what commands to run.
