Summary
This sets up a complete Turborepo and pnpm workspace configuration with all the boilerplate you'd otherwise copy from your last project. It creates the standard apps/packages/tooling directory structure, wires up shared TypeScript configs, and includes a ready-to-go UI package with proper tsup builds and a utils package with common helpers. The Turborepo pipeline is preconfigured with smart caching for build, test, and lint tasks. Use this when starting a new monorepo or migrating an existing multi-repo setup. It's opinionated but in the right ways, like using workspace protocol for internal dependencies and setting up proper peer dependencies for React components.
