A setup skill that does the homework before asking design questions. It scans your codebase first, looking through READMs, package.json, existing components, and CSS variables to understand what's already established. Then it asks targeted questions about users, brand personality, and aesthetic direction, skipping anything it already found in your code. The output is a Design Context section written to `.impeccable.md` that captures user needs, brand voice, visual direction, and guiding principles. Smart approach since most design context tools ask generic questions without bothering to see what you've already built.
