This implements April Dunford's positioning framework from Obviously Awesome to help you figure out what you're competing against, why customers should pick you, and who cares most about your differentiated value. Use it when your sales team needs three meetings before prospects understand what you do, or when marketing and product are telling different stories about the same thing. It walks you through the five components: competitive alternatives, unique capabilities, value those capabilities enable, target customers, and market category. The framework assumes you already have product-market fit and real customer evidence to work from. If you're still experimenting or pre-PMF, this is too structured for where you are.
