Amazon's Working Backwards method forces you to write an internal press release and FAQ before building anything. If you can't articulate a compelling customer problem and solution in prose, you probably shouldn't build it. The skill guides you through this process when defining new products or major features. It's overkill for small changes or A/B tests, but it's excellent for preventing the classic trap of "we have this cool technology, now what should we do with it?" The framework is well documented in the source with clear guidance on when to use it and when to skip it. Worth using when you need to align stakeholders or decide if an idea is actually worth pursuing.
