Project Planner

This is your structured approach to planning anything that isn't code. Business launches, personal goals, academic projects, events, organizational changes. It enforces a standardized format with frontmatter tracking, required sections like vision, scope, action steps, resources, timeline, and risk assessment. Plans live in docs/plans/ with a naming convention like PLAN-20251118-1430-product-launch.md, and there's a master tracker at docs/plan.md. The methodology walks you through five steps in under 30 minutes total, from vision to timeline. What I like is the pre-planning protocol that checks for active plans first so you don't accidentally create competing project files. It's opinionated about structure, which is exactly what you want when you're staring at a blank page trying to organize something complex.
