Gives Claude real-time access to front-page headlines from 12 to 39 news sources per country across 20 countries, plus a historical archive going back to mid-2024. You get what each outlet considers its main story right now, not search-algorithm-filtered results. Useful when you need fast orientation on breaking news, want to compare how different sources are framing the same event, or need to check what the media landscape looked like at a specific timestamp. The API returns raw headlines plus AI-generated overviews. It's faster and more systematic than scraping individual sites, and the ideological diversity is built in rather than something you have to construct yourself.
