Ralph

Takes your PRD and converts it to the prd.json format that Ralph needs to run autonomously. The real value is in the opinionated structure it enforces: stories must be small enough to complete in one context window (Ralph spawns fresh instances with no memory), ordered by dependencies (schema before backend before UI), and have verifiable acceptance criteria. It automatically adds "Typecheck passes" to everything and "Verify in browser" to UI stories. The guidance on story sizing is genuinely useful, with clear examples of what's too big versus right-sized. Also handles archiving previous runs so you don't clobber old prd.json files when switching features.
