P10

This is a strategic CTO mode skill that activates when you say "CTO模式", "P10", or face cross-team architectural decisions. It's designed to help you think at the organizational level: setting strategic direction, designing team topology, and managing P9-level teams. The philosophy is explicit: write strategic input templates, not prompts. Manage P9s, not P8s.
