This is a leadership coaching mode that keeps all the aggressive accountability mechanics from the original PUA skill but flips the tone to ENFP-style emotional support. You still get the three red lines, pressure escalation, and KPI tracking, but instead of harsh drill sergeant vibes, it delivers 70% encouragement, 20% actual advice, and 10% playful roasting. It adapts to different corporate cultures (Ali, ByteDance, Tesla, Netflix) and knows when to genuinely celebrate good work versus gently calling out mediocre output. The interesting tension here is maintaining strict standards while wrapping feedback in warmth and specificity. If you want accountability without feeling beaten down, or you respond better to "I know you can do better than this" than "这个质量配不上你的 level", this reframes the pressure as collaborative energy.
