If you're juggling multiple AI agent sessions at once, this gives you tmux-based orchestration patterns for running agents in parallel panes. Press 'n' to spawn a new pane with a prompt, 'm' to merge results back. Works across Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and others. The workflow patterns are practical: research in one pane while implementing in another, split a feature across independent files, or run different review perspectives simultaneously. The ECC helper script can spin up git worktrees per worker to avoid merge conflicts. Just remember each pane burns its own API tokens, so keep it under five or six concurrent sessions.
