Turns your change idea into a proper CAB-ready document with impact analysis, risk assessment, and a rollback plan. You give it a description of what you want to change, and it walks through the assess-plan-execute-sustain framework to build out a structured request with stakeholder communication plans and approval workflows. It's overkill if you're just tweaking a config file, but if you need to present something to a change advisory board or coordinate a deployment that touches multiple teams, it gives you the format and forces you to think through the parts you'd otherwise skip.
