You can paste CSV data or let it pull from your HRIS if connected. The output is actually structured well, with executive summary, key metrics table, and methodology notes so leadership knows how you calculated things. Honestly most useful when you need to answer "how bad is attrition in engineering" before a board meeting and don't want to spend two hours pivoting tables. Handles the statistical grunt work and flags what matters.
