Chains ticket-deflector and customer-pulse-check to handle complaints from intake to response draft. You give it a Gmail thread ID, HubSpot ticket, or just paste the text, and it pulls customer history from HubSpot, transaction data from PayPal, then drafts a tone-matched reply based on their lifetime value and complaint count. It won't send anything or issue refunds without your approval, which is the right call. The last step checks if this complaint matches a pattern and suggests an operational fix if you're seeing the same issue repeatedly. Works well if you're triaging support volume and want context plus a starting draft instead of opening five tabs yourself.
