This monitors the health of your knowledge accumulation system by measuring how well learnings, patterns, and research flow through your agent workspace. It checks pool depths, recent activity, citation hit rates, and artifact staleness, then writes a health report to `.agents/flywheel-status.md`. The golden signals are smart: velocity trend shows if knowledge is compounding or just piling up, citation pipeline reveals if learnings actually get reused, research closure tracks orphaned investigations, and reuse concentration spots dead weight in your pools. If you're running agent sessions and wondering whether all those markdown files are actually helping or just rotting, run this. It integrates with the ao CLI when available but falls back to filesystem metrics if not.
