Fusion Issue Author Task

This skill is deprecated as of March 2026 in favor of the unified fusion-issue-authoring orchestrator. It previously handled task issue creation for planning, research, specs, testing, and documentation work. The approach was checklist-first decomposition with explicit dependency mapping before drafting, using variant templates for different task types. It drafted locally in .tmp/ and handed off to the orchestrator for review and publishing. If you're still using this, migrate to fusion-issue-authoring which consolidates all issue types (bug, feature, user story, task) into a single workflow. The separation into subordinate skills added orchestration overhead without enough benefit, so they rolled it back into one.
