This one's been deprecated since March 2026 in favor of the Warden agent, which now handles bug reporting inline with proactive frustration detection. Before that, it was the standard handoff when any fusion-* skill workflow failed. You'd invoke it to generate a triage-ready bug report instead of manually writing up what went wrong. The pattern made sense: automate the failure documentation so you're not context-switching when things break. If you're still using the standalone version, just migrate to the full fusion-skills package. It's pulled over 600 installs, so clearly the workflow resonated, but the tooling has moved on.
npx -y skills add equinor/fusion-skills --skill fusion-skill-self-report-bug --agent claude-codeInstalls into .claude/skills of the current project.
