This one's deprecated, so don't install it. Equinor rolled it into fusion-issue-authoring, which now handles user stories plus bugs, features, and tasks all in one place. If you already have this installed, swap it out for the consolidated version. The original intent was solid: it focused specifically on authoring issues from a user role perspective, emphasizing workflow and behavior over technical specs. But maintaining separate skills for each issue type apparently didn't make sense, so they merged everything. Check equinor/fusion-core-tasks#802 if you want the migration details. Bottom line: use fusion-issue-authoring instead.
