Orchestrating Datacloud

If you're building a multi-step Data Cloud pipeline or troubleshooting across connect, prepare, harmonize, segment, and act phases, this is your orchestrator. It wraps the external `sf data360` CLI plugin and helps you decide which phase owns the problem, bootstrap data spaces and data kits, and run cross-phase health checks. The skill comes with a diagnostic script that classifies org readiness before you mutate anything, plus JSON templates for streams, DMOs, mappings, identity resolution, segments, and activations. Once you've localized the task to a single phase, it delegates to the matching phase-specific skill. Honest take: the routing logic and readiness guardrails are more valuable than the command wrappers themselves.
