Does one thing: formats and posts release changelogs to Discord. The source doesn't include much documentation, but with 1.4K installs from the Paperclip repository, it's clearly solving a real need. If you're shipping updates and want your team or community to see what's new without manually writing Discord messages, this handles that automation. It's the kind of utility that saves you five minutes every release, which adds up when you're shipping frequently. Would be nice to see the SKILL.md filled out so you know exactly what changelog format it expects and how to configure the Discord webhook.
