This is a persistent memory system for Claude that uses Tiago Forte's PARA method to organize knowledge across sessions. It maintains three layers: a knowledge graph of atomic facts in YAML files sorted into Projects/Areas/Resources/Archives folders, daily notes as a raw timeline, and tacit knowledge about how you work. Facts never get deleted, just superseded. It uses qmd for semantic search and includes memory decay rules and weekly synthesis. If you want Claude to remember things between sessions without reinventing the storage structure each time, this gives you a complete file-based approach with clear guidelines on what goes where and when to create new entities.
