Paperclip Board

This is a conversational interface for managing an AI agent company through the Paperclip platform. You talk to Claude like a board member giving instructions, and it translates that into API calls for creating companies, hiring agent employees, approving budgets, monitoring tasks, and reviewing work. It handles the full governance loop: onboarding with CEO setup, ongoing agent management, cost oversight, and decision logging across sessions. The skill assumes your Paperclip server is already running locally and focuses entirely on the control plane, not installation. Think of it as a natural language wrapper around company operations where you say "hire a marketing agent with a $200 budget" instead of crafting curl commands.
