If you're working with Preline UI and need to spin up custom themes fast, this handles the CSS generation without you touching npx or composing shell commands by hand. It bundles its own local scripts and walks you through palette decisions, light and dark mode pairs, and token validation before writing files. You give it a brand color or a vibe like "sunset" or "cyberpunk," and it normalizes that into generator inputs, resolves your themes directory, and outputs valid CSS. The workflow docs and validation checklist keep you from shipping incomplete token sets. It won't do arbitrary CSS work outside Preline, which is the right call for a focused tool.
