This launches RFC and proposal discussions on GitHub when you need community input on design decisions. It walks through discovery (finding your repo's discussion categories), classifies whether you're doing an early-stage RFC or a prioritization poll, then composes the discussion body with alternatives tables and decision criteria. The fact-checking phase is thorough: it verifies every file path, greps for code references you mentioned, and runs a "humanizer audit" to catch AI writing patterns before posting. You approve the final draft, then it publishes via GraphQL mutation. Good for maintainers who want structured debate without the usual "just wing it in a discussion thread" approach.
