This is the meta-skill that tells you which of the other 30+ GTM skills to use. You describe what you want to do, and it recommends a primary skill, maybe one or two supporting ones, explains the handoff order, and gives you a copy-paste prompt to run next. It knows the whole plugin vocabulary from marketing strategy to Product Hunt launches to webinar content. Honest take: this is most useful in the first week with a new skill library when you're still learning what does what. Once you know the collection, you'll probably just call skills directly. But for onboarding or when you're stuck, it's a solid routing layer that keeps you from wandering into the wrong skill's scope.
