Vss Deploy Detection Tracking 2d

Deploys and operates NVIDIA's RTVI-CV 2D detection and tracking microservice, the perception layer of the Video Search and Summarization blueprint. You get two workflows in one: stand up the Docker container with the right NGC credentials and GPU config, or drive the REST API on a running instance to add streams, check health, pull metrics, and manage embeddings. Routes by intent (deploy vs. call) and includes 23 helper scripts plus platform detection for x86 dGPU, SBSA, and Jetson.
