This is basically a startup CFO and strategy consultant in skill form. It handles the analytical work founders typically struggle with: market sizing using TAM/SAM/SOM frameworks, cohort-based financial modeling, unit economics breakdowns, competitive analysis with actual frameworks like Porter's Five Forces, and hiring plans with compensation benchmarks. It knows the difference between pre-seed and Series A needs, which matters more than you'd think. The honest take is that it's most valuable when you're preparing for fundraising or board meetings and need defensible numbers with cited sources. It won't replace lived startup experience, but it will save you from reinventing standard analytical frameworks or making rookie mistakes in your investor deck.
