This is meeting prep done right. It searches your entire conversation history with someone, surfaces recurring topics and open commitments, then walks you through what you actually want to accomplish before you get on the call. The best part is Phase 0, which can auto-detect your next meeting from Google Calendar, gog CLI, or even Apple Calendar via osascript, so you don't have to type names manually. It saves a prep file to ~/.minutes/preps/ that gets picked up later by minutes-debrief for post-call comparison. The flow pushes back on vague answers, which feels annoying until you realize it's forcing you to think clearly about the meeting. Works for both people and topics.
