Minutes Brief

1.3k starsMIT
Summary

You say "brief me" ten minutes before a call and get a one-page summary of your relationship history with whoever you're about to talk to. It auto-detects your next calendar event, pulls open commitments in both directions, surfaces recent decisions, and reads the last two meeting transcripts. The whole thing runs in under 30 seconds and asks zero questions. It's built to be hook-fireable, meaning you can wire it to trigger silently 15 minutes before every meeting starts. The Minutes CLI does the heavy lifting here but has a messy stream contract, so the skill includes specific sed pipes and JSON extraction logic to work around stdout contamination. Use this when speed matters. If you want to set goals and think through strategy first, use minutes-prep instead.

minutes-mirror

silverstein/minutes

Self-coaching analysis of your own behavior across meetings — talk-time ratio, filler words, hedging language, monologue length, energy patterns, and (when meetings are tagged via /minutes-tag) what your behavior in winning meetings looks like vs losing ones. Use this whenever the user says "how did I do", "review my last meeting", "mirror", "self-review", "show my patterns", "coach me", "where am I weak", "talk time", "am I improving", "what do I do in meetings I win", "feedback on me", or asks for any kind of personal feedback on their own meeting behavior. This is the rare skill that gives the user a mirror to their own habits — surface it whenever they show curiosity about their own performance, even if they don't use the word "mirror".

configure

sponsiolabs/sponsio

Use after `/plugin install sponsio-claude-code` to wire the runtime end-to-end. The plugin install only registers hooks + skills; the contract library and per-environment overrides are configured here. Bootstraps the per-plugin contract library tree at ~/.sponsio/plugins/, installs bundled starter libraries for popular MCP servers (github, filesystem, playwright), generates fresh starter libraries for plugins / MCP servers that don't ship one (via `sponsio plugin scan`), tunes the shipped rules to the user's actual environment (workspace path, expected call volume, dev/CI/prod profile), and verifies with a smoke test. Use when the user says any of "configure sponsio-claude-code", "set up sponsio-claude-code", "first-time setup of sponsio", "wire up sponsio in this Claude Code session", "add Sponsio guardrails for my MCP tools", "tune the plugin for my environment", "the plugin is too strict / too loose", "calibrate sponsio rules", "scan this plugin", "generate sponsio rules for X", "create a contract library for my plugin", "I just installed Y plugin / MCP server, what should sponsio block", or asks how to make sponsio-claude-code actually block things.

automating-devops

telagod/code-abyss

DevOps knowledge reference covering Git workflows, testing strategies, DevSecOps, release pipeline orchestration (release.yml, multi-arch images, cosign integration), CI/CD pipelines, database management, observability, and performance optimization. Use when working with Git, CI/CD, release pipelines, ghcr image publishing, testing, monitoring, or infrastructure automation.

cultivating-skills

telagod/code-abyss

Distills repeated workflows into reusable skills, improves existing skills, and gates them through a three-tier publish funnel (local → project → community). Use when the agent or user notices a pattern worth crystallizing, when an existing skill is incomplete, or when something deserves community contribution. Default deny on dangerous tools and side effects.

shipping-changes

telagod/code-abyss

End-to-end change-shipping closed loop for non-trivial work — research → proposal doc → phased guarded implementation → PR self-review → harden → merge. Use when taking a substantial change from idea to merged PR, when a task needs a written proposal before code, when implementing in reversible phases behind a guarded commit chain (assert + test + verify, all green before commit), or when self-reviewing your own PR. Complements automating-devops (which is the git/CI/release knowledge reference); this skill is the orchestration spine that sequences a change from zero to merged.
