Minutes Tag

Fast outcome tagging for meetings so mirror can eventually tell you what your winning calls have in common. When you finish a call, just say "tag that as a win" or "mark yesterday's meeting as noise" and it adds an outcome field to the frontmatter in under 5 seconds. Five standard tags (won, lost, stalled, great, noise) feed correlation analysis once you've tagged around 10 meetings. The entire design is built around speed over precision. No data entry prompts, defaults to your most recent meeting, skips the optional note unless you include one in your message. Tagging is idempotent so you can correct yourself later without breaking anything.
