Walks you through getting Minutes transcription working from scratch: building the Rust binary, downloading a Whisper model (with a helpful quality/speed comparison table), creating directories, and optionally configuring BlackHole for call recording. Runs the verify script first to skip what's already done, then again at the end to confirm everything passes. The audio setup is legitimately the hardest part, especially the Multi-Output Device dance in Audio MIDI Setup, and this handles that realistically. Good for actual first-time setup or when verify shows missing pieces. Includes a macOS-specific CXXFLAGS workaround for the Tahoe SDK issue.
