Extracts domain terminology from your conversation and builds a DDD-style glossary in UBIQUITOUS_LANGUAGE.md. It scans for nouns and verbs that matter to the domain, flags when you're using different words for the same thing or the same word for different things, then gives you an opinionated canonical term list with aliases to avoid. Each glossary includes grouped tables, relationship mappings, flagged ambiguities, and a sample dialogue between developer and domain expert showing the terms in use. If you run it again in the same conversation, it merges new terms and updates definitions as your understanding evolves. Useful when a project's vocabulary is drifting or you need to get a team speaking the same language.
