The hookless fallback support for pre-v0.115.0 Codex is a nice touch for teams that haven't upgraded yet. Most useful when you're switching contexts frequently or got compacted mid-session and need to rebuild your mental model fast. Outputs to stdout or JSON if you need to pipe it elsewhere.
