Reflecting On Sessions

This is a retrospective tool that kicks in at natural breakpoints: after finishing a plan, wrapping a feature branch, or ending a session. It checks skill-bus telemetry to show you which skills fired, which ones ran without proper subscriptions, and where condition filters might be too aggressive. The output is actionable. If it spots gaps, it offers to run add-sub right there. If everything's clean, it confirms coverage and moves on. Think of it as a health check for your skill-bus setup that only runs when you're actually pausing to look back. Telemetry needs to be enabled in your config or it just tells you that and stops.
