Devtu Auto Discover Apis

mims-harvard/tooluniverse
353 installs1.6k stars
Summary

This is a workflow automation for expanding ToolUniverse's life science API coverage. It runs a four phase process: gap analysis to find underrepresented domains like metabolomics or single-cell genomics, web search to discover candidate APIs, automated tool creation following devtu patterns, and validation before git integration. The scoring system prioritizes APIs based on documentation quality, stability, and maintenance. Human approval gates sit between each phase. Use this when you need to systematically add APIs to ToolUniverse rather than building them one-off, or when you want a structured approach to coverage expansion with real test examples and proper oneOf schemas baked in.
