Manage Skills

This is the meta skill that manages all other skills in your Claude Code setup. It wraps the opengap CLI to search the SkillsMP registry, install skills either locally to your agent or globally to ~/.agents/skills/, and scaffold new custom skills with the required SKILL.md frontmatter. The discovery logic checks five different paths in priority order, so you can organize skills at the agent level or share them across projects. Most useful when you're setting up a new agent and need to pull in capabilities, or when you're building your own skill and need the template structure right. It's essentially the package manager for the skills ecosystem.
