Review Contract

This walks you through contract review against your org's negotiation playbook, giving you clause-by-clause analysis with redline suggestions and business impact notes. It covers the usual suspects: liability caps, indemnification, IP ownership, data protection, and about a dozen other clause types. Works with PDFs, URLs to your CLM or file storage, or pasted text. The workflow is thoughtful: it asks which side you're on, what your deadline is, and what you care most about before diving in. If you don't have a playbook configured, it'll either help you build one or fall back to generic commercial standards. Honest take: the structured analysis is solid, but remember it explicitly says it's not legal advice and everything needs lawyer review before you rely on it.
