Sprint Planning

This handles the logistics of sprint planning: calculating actual capacity after you subtract PTO and meetings, sorting your backlog into must-ship versus stretch goals, identifying blockers, and producing a complete sprint plan document with capacity tables, prioritized items, and risk assessment. It works standalone if you feed it team info and backlog items, but gets more powerful if you connect a project tracker to pull issues directly or a calendar to auto-account for time off. The output format is thorough without being bureaucratic. Honestly most useful for new engineering leads who need structure around the planning ritual, or teams that keep overcommitting because they plan to 100% capacity and wonder why they never hit their goals.
