It walks you through thematic analysis and affinity mapping to pull out findings ranked by frequency and impact, then generates a structured synthesis with key insights, user segments, and prioritized recommendations. The methodology section is actually solid, covering triangulation and how to distinguish between what users say they want versus what their behavior shows. Works with pasted notes, uploaded files, or can pull from connected knowledge bases and analytics tools.
