Pulls full contact profiles from Common Room when you ask "who is [name]" or need to research a lead. It's smart about lookup methods (email, social handles, or name plus company) and assembles everything you'd want before reaching out: recent activity they initiated, website visits, Spark persona classification, engagement scores as raw numbers, and account context. The conversation starters are signal-backed, not generic. When data is sparse it tells you straight up instead of guessing. Most useful when you need to prep for outreach or qualify whether someone is actually engaged versus just sitting in your CRM. It won't fabricate a persona from a job title alone, which is the right call.
