Roadmap Update

Keeps your product roadmap from rotting in a doc somewhere by helping you add items, reprioritize, shift timelines, or build a Now/Next/Later view from scratch. Pulls from your project tracker if connected, otherwise works with whatever format you paste in. Walks you through RICE scoring, MoSCoW, or value-vs-effort frameworks when you need to justify why something moved. The most useful bit is probably the dependency tracking and the before/after comparison when priorities shift. Outputs a clean summary grouped by timeframe with risk callouts. Better than manually updating a spreadsheet every time someone asks "what happened to that feature we talked about last quarter."
