Ln 821 Npm Upgrader

Handles npm, yarn, and pnpm dependency upgrades with built-in breaking change detection and migration support. It runs through a systematic workflow: security audit, outdated check, breaking change identification using shared pattern docs, then applies upgrades in priority order (peers first, dev deps last). When it hits a major version bump like React 18 to 19 or ESLint's flat config migration, it queries Context7 or Ref for current migration guides before touching code. If the build fails after an upgrade, it rolls back that specific package and continues. Writes a structured summary artifact that works standalone or as part of the ln-820 coordinator flow. The MCP tool integration for fetching live migration docs is the smart move here, better than hardcoded transforms that rot.
