Ralph Specum Help

A meta-helper that explains how to use the Ralph Specum workflow system in Codex. You invoke this when you need guidance on Ralph's commands and flow, not for actual spec work. It covers the full suite of ralph-specum skills, from triage through implementation, and clarifies the approval-gated process where Ralph won't auto-advance between phases unless you explicitly ask for quick mode. The disk contract lives in ./specs with state tracked in .ralph-state.json. Useful if you're learning the system or forgot which helper skill does what, but otherwise you'll spend more time in the actual workflow commands.
