You invoke this when you need guidance on Ralph's commands and flow, not for actual spec work. It covers the full suite of ralph-specum skills, from triage through implementation, and clarifies the approval-gated process where Ralph won't auto-advance between phases unless you explicitly ask for quick mode. The disk contract lives in ./specs with state tracked in .ralph-state.json.
