This covers the full spectrum of Godot 3D lighting from DirectionalLight3D cascade tuning to VoxelGI extents and SDFGI performance traps. You get 14 scripts handling everything from dynamic day/night cycles and light pooling to fake GI bounces for mobile and volumetric fog zones. The NEVER rules are ruthlessly specific: don't hide lights to exclude them from lightmap bakes, don't use paper-thin walls with VoxelGI because light will leak through the voxel grid, and default shadow bias will wreck your cascades. If you're setting up realistic outdoor lighting or trying to squeeze GI performance out of a complex interior, the cascade tuner and SDFGI probe manager alone are worth reading. Solid reference when shadows look wrong or your scene has 50 lights torching your frame rate.
