Ralph Specum Cancel

This is the emergency brake for Ralph Specum's spec execution system. When a build is running wild or you realized the spec was wrong halfway through, this lets you kill it cleanly without orphaning state files. By default it just clears the execution state and leaves your spec intact, which is usually what you want. If you ask it to fully remove the spec, it confirms first and cleans up the directory plus any pointers to it. It won't touch your epic files unless you explicitly say so, which is good design since one bad spec shouldn't nuke your whole planning context. Simple, defensive, does exactly what the name suggests.
